Awesome! I have a TERRIBLE time on craigslist lately!
I avoid empty units in the winter if I can but this time around some long term tenants have bought a home and other unit is a new purchase!!
What about even posting items for sale? kind of like a smaller lynn area craigslist??? (or even items wanted)????
